2 What This Covers

This policy covers data collected through the PerkIQ marketing website only: contact form submissions, beta registrations, and analytics. If you are a PerkIQ platform user, see the full Platform Privacy Policy.

3 What We Collect and Why

Contact form

We collect your name, email address, optional company details, and message. We also log the request IP address for rate limiting. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), as we need this to respond to your enquiry.

Beta registrations

If you register interest in the beta programme we collect your email address and, where provided, your company name and role. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)), to manage the programme and notify you when access is available.

Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Lawful basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

4 Who We Share Data With

We use Vercel to host this website, Resend to send confirmation emails, Google Analytics and PostHog to understand site usage (with your consent), HubSpot to manage enquiries, and Upstash for security rate limiting. Transfers to US-based providers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses supplemented by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA). Upstash and PostHog are EU-hosted.

Two further providers receive data from your browser when you use particular parts of this website. Calendly (US) powers the booking window on our contact and partners pages, and receives your name, email address and any details you enter if you choose to book a call. Brandfetch (Switzerland, a UK adequate jurisdiction) serves provider and company logo images on the find-a-provider directory, and receives the IP address and browser user agent of visitors whose browser loads a logo, as happens with any image served from another domain.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

5 Cookies

Strictly necessary: a short-lived cookie used during the sign-up flow. Cannot be disabled.

Analytics (consent required): Google Analytics and PostHog cookies, placed only after you accept via the cookie banner. You can change your preference at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

We do not use advertising, remarketing, or third-party tracking cookies.

6 How Long We Keep Your Data

• Contact form submissions: 24 months
• Beta registrations: 12 months after the beta programme closes
• Google Analytics data: per Google Analytics retention settings (default 14 months)

7 Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to restrict or object to processing. To exercise any right, email info@perkiq.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time via the cookie banner.

8 Changes

We will publish updates on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated by email where we hold your contact details.
